About MakerSouq

Why it exists

Local 3D printing stores each list hundreds of spools, in different sizes and at different prices. Comparing them means opening every store and doing the maths yourself. MakerSouq reads 13 stores twice a day and works out the price per kg, so a 750 g spool and a 1 kg spool compare fairly.

What it isn't

• A shop. We don't sell anything. Every listing links to the store's own page, and you buy from the store.
• Paid placement. Stores don't pay to be listed or featured, and there are no affiliate links.
• A verdict. We show prices, ranges and stock, and leave the choice to you.
